High structural capacity- Panels are engineered in a way that they are strong, durable and highly functional in all environments. They are able to survive extreme weather conditions and will not need to be maintained as often as many other building materials.
Thermal mass and heat capacity- Concrete is able to hold heat within itself more efficiently than other household building materials. Thus reducing the need for insulation material and lowers loss of heat. Concrete is also able to reflect outside heat.
Insulation- Concrete contains high insulation levels when combined with precast sandwiched insulation within the concrete layers. This will help keep heat in during the cold seasons and keep cold out when it is hot. It also holds a high sound insulation acoustic separation levels.
Fire resistant- Our concrete panels comply within the BCA's criteria for fire resistant materials. What this means is that the precast panels we use are fire resistant on both sides. This is suitable material for areas that are prone to fires and extreme heat.
Moisture resistant- Compared to many building material concrete is relatively resistant to damage caused by condensation. This means that it is rare for water to seep through concrete buildings and moisture issues can be completely avoided if optimum insulation, ventilation and heating measures are maintained.
Safe on the environment- Concrete lasts a long time and does not release much carbon dioxide when produced. It is also able to be reused and recycled  and works well with other waste and recyclable material such as rainwater or used building materials which will save lots of money in environmental costs.
More on wall plastering
Our cement wall contractors use a combination of plaster material such as cement, gypsum or even lime to create an effective concrete plaster that looks good but protects and increases the durability of the walls. Our contractors are trained to achieve all sorts of plaster finishes such as smooth cast plasters, spatter dash, scrapped finishes, textured finishes, pebble dashes, depeter plaster and sand faced plaster.

Depending on the type of wall surface material we may use different amounts of plaster or different materials such as PVA to help plaster stick and have proper adhesion to the wall. Surface materials possess many factors that affect the adhesion of plaster such as suction, density and porousness. We will carefully go over all the walls to ensure that you will have a new concreted wall that is long lasting and looks appealing.
